This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative full remotely. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, moderating our community and maintaining a high level of customer service.
