Job Highlights
  • Engage with existing and prospective customers through needs-based assessments and recommend tailored solutions 
  • Offer clients guidance on available digital and self-serve options with the goal of making banking easy, simple, and fast 
  • Grow BMO’s customer base through outreach, generating appointments, and building new relationships within the community 
  • Address questions and resolve issues raised through consumer credit audits and quality checks to ensure accurate data entry  
  • Follow risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure safety for customers’ assets and privacy 

Candidate Profile
  • Experience in financial services and/or direct sales is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer needs and solutions, retail investments, and lending products is an asset 
  • Relevant soft skills include problem solving, adaptability, verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset
