Holistic Industries is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR function. This role oversees the full accounts receivable process, leads a team of AR Specialists, and partners across the business to improve processes, strengthen controls, and support financial operations. Your Impact

  • Lead and support a team of AR Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
  • Monitor aging reports and key AR metrics, helping reduce outstanding balances and optimize cash flow
  • Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues, adjustments, and account discrepancies
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Help modernize financial processes, enhance controls, and support ERP and system improvement initiatives

Your Strengths

  • Experience leading accounts receivable operations with a strong understanding of billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, 3+ years of corporate accounting experience, and 2+ years of people leadership experience
  • Proven people leader who enjoys developing teams and creating accountability through coaching and support
  • Comfortable working within ERP systems and advanced Excel functions to analyze data and drive decision-making
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
