We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Controller. As the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reporting. You will play a critical role in maintaining healthy cash flow and building strong collaborative relationships with our internal Customer Care team and external Collections team.
This will be a hybrid role at our Gilbert, AZ headquarters required to be in office at least 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function, including three local specialists and 35 plus outsourced specialists.
  • Oversee billing, collections, and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement strategies to reduce days sales outstanding.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues and support timely collections.
  • Develop, document, and maintain accounts receivable policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting and support audit requests as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, efficiency, and scalability within AR operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing AR teams, or a related management role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and AR best practices

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Pest Control or other service-based industries
  • Familiarity with FieldRoutes (fka PestRoutes) or other Operations Suite software
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition under US GAAP
  • Knowledge of collections laws and compliance standards
