Accounting Assistant

KASIM International Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our Finance team. The selected candidate will support daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Perform bank reconciliations and daily accounting transactions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical accounting files.
  • Support compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus, but not required. Relevant accounting experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
