Job Description:
The Account Representative is responsible for managing from cradle to grave, customer orders placed with Natural Essentials, Inc.  As an Account Representative, the employee will be a direct point of contact for any and all matters specific to their assigned accounts. Customer orders will be verified and approved by the Account Representative before placing the order into internal company systems. The Account Representative will also be responsible for coordinating with multiple departments of the company, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Shipping to ensure the output of quality products and on-time deliveries to the customer. Follow up with the customer once the order has been delivered is also necessary to reinforce the brand of Natural Essentials, Inc. This is a full-time position, with hours of work approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the direct point of contact for assigned customers.
  • Successfully process and deliver orders according to customer needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge of customer products, pricing, and credit terms.
  • The input of new customer orders to company systems.
  • Management of necessary inventory components needed for purchase orders.
  • Heavy coordination with Manufacturing with regards to scheduling when orders are being run.
  • Active role in working with Purchasing to order the required amount of inventory for customer orders.
  • Coordination with the Accounting and Shipping departments to properly organize the release and shipment of customer orders.
  • Communication between multiple departments of the company, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Regularly update customers on the current status of all orders.
  • Follow company procedures and processes relevant to Account Management.
  • Create and compile required documentation at the start of each Manufacturing job.
  • Send reports on sales activity, current and possible issues, and account status.
  • Follow up with customers once orders have been delivered to ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant sales or customer service experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortability with fast-paced, potentially high-stress work situations.
  • Ability to take initiative, identify needs of the organization, and provide innovative solutions.
  • Desire to learn and be coached by tenured employees of the company.
  • Excels at multitasking and working with multiple departments of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
