Job description

Milliner Talent Solutions is hiring Client Account Representatives for a large-scale temporary project with one of our long-standing clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional office environment.

The Client Account Representative will serve as a key point of contact for clients while supporting transaction processing, account maintenance, reporting, problem resolution, and ongoing communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent client service through phone, email, and chat communication
  • Review, process, and monitor client account transactions and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client records while following compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Run reports and identify exceptions or issues that need follow-up
  • Partner with internal teams including accounting, operations, and technology
  • Help document and improve internal processes and procedures
  • Prioritize work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services, banking, trust administration, philanthropy, customer service, or office operations preferred
  • Strong communication, writing, and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
