Client Account Representative

We are seeking a Client Account Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. This pivotal role will involve direct communication with our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. As a Client Account Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates on account status, and resolving issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or client services role, preferably in a B2B environment.
