Inside Sales Representative

 Are you a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping customers succeed? DayGlo Color Corp. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in our Cleveland, OH headquarters to manage existing accounts while driving new business growth across our specialty pigment and paint product lines.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of specialty pigment customer accounts.
  • Develop new business through proactive prospecting, outbound calling, and lead generation.
  • Own and grow our Paint business by supporting current customers, distributors, and new prospects.
  • Qualify and respond to website-generated leads, following opportunities through to close.
  • Prepare quotes, coordinate customer requests, and ensure timely follow-up on samples and commercial activities.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate customer records in Salesforce.
  • Identify high-potential opportunities and partner with field sales representatives to transition larger accounts when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales, profitability, prospecting, and customer engagement goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of inside sales, business development, or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close business.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and support strategic sales initiatives.
  • Occasional local travel with Sales Managers as needed.
  • This is a Full-Time,  onsite role.
