Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative

​Established in 2013, Excel Loading Systems is a rapidly growing manufacturer of bulk liquid transfer solutions serving the petrochemical industry. We are seeking a full-time Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati, OH team. Our culture is built on Quality, Safety, and Service.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers and distributors, preparing quotes and orders, coordinating sales opportunities, and building product knowledge to grow into greater sales responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, distribution, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn technical products and ask questions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to learn CRM, ERP, and other business software
  • Experience with PVF, industrial distribution, manufacturing, petrochemical, or engineered products preferred

  • Support customers and distributors with quotes, product information, orders, and sales inquiries
  • Prepare and process customer quotes, orders, and project documentation
  • Communicate with customers to understand and scope their needs
  • Qualify and coordinate in-bound sales opportunities
  • Follow up on open deals and sales leads
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and outside sales teams
  • Track orders, lead times, shipments, and customer commitments
  • Maintain accurate information in CRM and ERP systems
  • Develop product knowledge and sales skills to take on increasing sales responsibilities
