Job description

DF Supply, Inc. is an industry leader experiencing rapid and continuous growth, we are growing our sales team, and have an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of sales experience in inside sales, a proven track record of success, as well as a drive for financial achievement. This job DOES NOT cold call. Candidates must be able to emphasize relationship building in the sales process. Must be self-motivated with the independence, initiative, and desire to achieve winning results.

Please Note: No travel is required. In Office only, not remote.

Essential Functions:

· Answer inbound sales calls.

· Handle orders from A to Z with each customer

· Answer inbound emails

· Quote customers on projects, jobs or single applications

· Review sales order information for accuracy / directly input sales order information

· Keeps detailed and accurate notes of all sales related activities. Schedules follow up activities as needed

· Develops relationships with key partners/vendors for growth of our products within their markets.

· Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving sales targets

· Solid negotiation and closing skills

· Highly motivated, confident, and success oriented

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer focused, Great customer service

· Team player environment and independent worker possessing a very high energy level

· Using industry contacts and public information to establish and develop new customer relationships.
