As the Human Resource Manager, at Danieli Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization culture and ensuring the success of our workforce. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive HR excellence across all facets of our business.
Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Danieli's business objectives and support organizational growth. Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership on human capital management.
Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolution. Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal process including goal setting and development planning.
Career Development Plan: Identify potential employees and develop them by setting up career and development plans.
Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Implement programs with the support of Human Resource Global team for development and career advancements.
Compliance: Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Compensation and Benefits: Monitors and maintains compensation plan and benefit programs to ensure Danieli Corporation practices remain competitive
Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee talent acquisition efforts to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent. Develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in HR related field or business preferred
  • Proven, progressive HR knowledge and capability with 5+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent judgement in the selection of key talent that meets organizational needs
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Current understanding of federal and state employment regulations
  • Experience in developing HR metrics and providing management reports
  • Proficiency with MS Teams, HRIS platforms and web-based learning
  • A willingness to be open and learn
