Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase market share. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Oversee the creation of brand messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content and creative assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and website management.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies, and implement innovative strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data to segment markets, identify target audiences, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and materials.
• Communicate marketing plans and initiatives to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a senior marketing leader, ideally in a similar industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Hands-on understanding of PPC, social media, SEO, and other online and offline marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
• Russian speaking is an advantage.
