Responsibilities:
- Drive top-line sales by delivering hospitality excellence and leadership.
- High-level management of Profit & Loss
- Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
- Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and ensure staff are trained properly on the culinary program.
- Manage the Bar Program to ensure craft cocktails, beer, and spirit offerings are on point with trends.
- Perform ongoing training and development for team members.
Experience must-haves:
- Current Restaurant General Manager experience leading a high volume restaurant with a scratch kitchen.
- Excellent industry tenure and references
- Proven ability to manage a profitable P&L
- A clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
- Professional and kind personality
- Strong knowledge and passion for wine.
- Natural ability to lead a professional team.
- Hands-on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
