```Responsibilities```
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food
- Help with the setup and organization of the kitchen before and after service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies and ingredients
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Skills```
- Knife skills: Proficient in using different types of knives for food preparation
- Knowledge of food industry practices: Familiarity with standard procedures in a professional kitchen setting
- Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Culinary skills: Basic understanding of cooking techniques and flavor profiles
- Food preparation: Ability to follow recipes, measure ingredients accurately, and execute basic cooking techniques
- Food handling: Knowledge of safe handling procedures for raw and cooked foods
- Kitchen experience: Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting
- Strong work ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
