Eugene’s Hot Chicken – Food Truck 2, located in Hoover, AL, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Food Truck Manager to help us serve up our famous hot chicken to the community. If you’re ready to take charge and make every customer’s experience unforgettable, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Food Truck Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our food truck’s success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the food truck, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a small team to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
