Tee Line, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a talented Line Cook to join our team. We are a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant known for our delicious food and great customer service. If you have a passion for cooking and want to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with company standards
  • Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude
