Robinson Aviation is a premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO) serving general aviation and airline clients with excellence, safety, and professionalism. We're looking for a hands-on, customer-focused Line Service Supervisor/ Line Chief to lead our ground support team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations.
What You'll Do
As a Line Service Supervisor, you'll oversee daily ramp operations and lead a team of Line Service Technicians and Line Leads. You'll ensure aircraft are serviced promptly and safely while delivering top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support Line Service Technicians and Leads during assigned shifts
  • Perform aircraft marshaling, fueling, towing, de-icing, lavatory service, and more
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (ATA 103, NFPA 407) and company policies
  • Monitor aircraft arrivals/departures and coordinate timely ground services
  • Maintain fuel inventory and oversee quality control procedures
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and facilities
  • Communicate with customers and crew to resolve service issues
  • Provide performance feedback and enforce company policies
  • Collaborate with maintenance to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit fuel paperwork
  • Complete other essential duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
We're seeking candidates with strong leadership skills, aviation experience, and a passion for customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of line service experience, including 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in all weather conditions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Must obtain a SIDA airport security badge.
