Job description

New Tech Global is currently seeking a Temporary Weld Line Helper to support production operations and maintain a steady workflow on the assembly line.


Schedule
  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

  • Standard Schedule: Monday - Thursday

  • Flexibility Required: May change to Monday - Saturday based on customer demand

  • Weekends: May be required depending on workload


Job Overview

The Weld Line Helper will assist with hands-on production tasks using hand tools and automated machinery while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards in a manufacturing environment.


Top Skills Needed
  • Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred

  • Proven experience performing manual labor

  • Trainable with strong ability to follow instructions

  • Punctual with a strong attendance record

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time


Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with sanding, grinding, and welding operations

  • Set up and operate grinder and sander equipment per specifications

  • Perform measurements and quality checks on parts
