Job Summary:

The Panel Line Helper assists in the manufacturing of metal panels by supporting the Panel Line Operator with material handling, machine setup, and quality inspections. This role ensures efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards within the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Panel Line Operator in preparing and loading materials into the panel line equipment.
  • Monitor the production process and inform the operator or supervisor of any issues or irregularities.
  • Remove finished panels from the line, inspecting them for defects and stacking them appropriately for further processing or shipment.
  • Perform basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on panel line equipment to ensure efficient operation.
  • Measure, mark, and organize raw materials to prepare them for production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping protocols and safety standards.
  • Support additional production tasks as needed to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
