Orthopedic Service Line Coordinator - Olympia Orthopaedic Associates
Location: Olympia, WA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000 - $102,000 per year
(Pay is determined based on years of experience)
Summary of benefits:
OOA covers part or all of the cost for Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-term Disability Insurance. Employees are eligible to participate in a 401k plan with company matching. Flex spending plans, uniform allowances, and an Employee Assistance Program available as well. PTO is accrued depending on position, FTE status, and tenure.

Service Line Coordinator Summary:
The Service Line Coordinator is responsible for supporting patient care and facilitating activities and processes pertaining to the orthopedic service line. This involves ensuring the availability of resources, equipment, and personnel necessary for our surgeons to perform efficiently and effectively in the operating room.
Service Line Coordinator Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, preferably in an orthopedic setting.
  • Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration.
  • Active BLS Certification or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
  • Previous purchasing and materials management experience preferred.
