At Culture Index, LLC, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Junior Technical Product Manager. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping our product roadmap and collaborating closely with our engineering and Technical Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in driving the product strategy and change control process for our software products
Support various stages of the product development life-cycle, including ideation, planning, and launch
Work closely with company operations, technical support, engineering teams, and leadership
Foster relationships with external software engineering vendors and contribute to building new partnerships
Participate in customer discovery initiatives, conduct basic market research, and identify potential areas for product improvement
Provide support on data privacy and governance efforts as needed
Assist in equipping marketing, sales, and company advisors with relevant tools and information
Contribute to ensuring product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of software development processes and familiarity with agile methodologies
1-2 years of experience in software development or related field
Strong problem-solving skills with an organized and analytical approach
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud computing concepts is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline preferred
Certifications or coursework related to Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AI/ML technologies is a bonus
Certification or training in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is advantageous
