Operations Specialist

Location: Tempe, AZ

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team at a Medical Market Research firm in Tempe. The Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting both our clients and internal research team by ensuring meticulous attention to detail in contracts, requirements, and data collection instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal research team members to understand project requirements and effectively communicate them for implementation.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, requirements, and data collection instructions.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to support a small to mid-size operation, including willingness to cross-train and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Keep abreast of changes in job functions and adapt accordingly.
• Manage logs and training records to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Utilize computer skills to efficiently carry out job duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in operations or the medical industry is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software.
• Located in or willing to commute to Tempe, AZ.
  
  Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
