Real Estate Executive Sales Assistant

We are busy boutique real estate agency in Williamsburg, Brooklyn looking for an executive sales assistant who will be in charge of a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to direct assistance to the office broker, general administrative real estate related work, soliciting new clientele, pursuing leads, keeping track of current deals and seeing them to fruition.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year experience in real estate and office experience, be very organized and computer savvy. Real estate license is highly preferred.
As an executive sales assistant, you will be taking on a leadership role overseeing all transactions and daily functions of the office. It is imperative that you are comfortable with taking initiative which includes having a confident personality that will work well with others.

Training will be provided.
