Job Description

Role

Join our Production Management Development Program (PMDP) and gain the necessary knowledge to assume operations management positions within our organization. You'll complete a 9-12 month technical training program, assist upper management with daily operations, apply statistical process control standards, develop and train staff, enforce SOPs, maximize production throughput, manage equipment and personnel, and administer labor contracts in union plants.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools, with 1+ year of supervisory experience.
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, organizational and management abilities, efficient communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation with a results-driven approach, effective problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask and assist with decision-making.
