Requirement:
- BSN, required - MSN Preferred
- Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required
- 5-7 years' experience in overall acute care Hospital Case Management
- 2+ years' experience in case management leadership
- Florida State License - RN or LCSW
- BLS (AHA)
- Driver's License
- Covid vaccination
