Job Details
- Position: GroundsKeeping
- Pay Rate: $15.00/ HR
- Location: Cypress, Texas (290/Telge Area)
- Schedule: 6:00am – 3:00pm or 7:00am – 4:00pm.
- TEMP to HIRE
- Must have Sit-Down Forklift experience
- Light Electrical, Plumbing experience, Landscaping, Mechanically Inclined helpful
Description/Duties:
- Facility Maintenance/Upkeep includes Offices, and 4 Different Shops onsite
- Picking up shrink wrap, trash, sweeping, and many other general cleaning.
- Upkeep of Drop Ceilings in Offices/Ceiling Tiles
- Pond Upkeep: Making sure it remains free of trash and debris.
- Report any maintenance issues to management
- Operating Sit-Down Forklift to move Pallets
- Landscaping Duties: Grass Mowing/ Bush Trimming
- Light Facility Electrical Work - Plugs/Switches/Ballast Repair
- Fleet Truck Cleaning/Washes
Physical requirements of the position:
Walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach and carry up to 40lbs.
