Currently, we are looking for five individuals with an interest in Marketing, Communications, and or PR to join us this summer as a Promotions Representative.

Note: Entry-level positions with training are available for all Promotions Representatives - So don't panic if you have not got experience at this point.

Promotions Representative Responsibilities:

• Learn how to market our client's services and products
• Build relationships with our customers
• Ensure all customer service and sales duties are completed as effectively as possible.
• Upsell our clients' products and services
• Document customer information and inquiries
• Market new deals and package offers that will save them money.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and other departments
• Represent the company in a professional but friendly manner

Note: As a Promotions Representative, you will be working on-site; this is NOT a remote position.

Promotions Representative Requirements:

• Some experience in a sales, customer service or a person-centered role, would be preferred; however, training is provided therefore not 100% essential
• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not essential.
• Must be over the age of 18
• Naturally outgoing with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service experience and the ability to solve problems as needed.
• Must have permission to work in the USA
• Strong interpersonal aptitude and ability to work well on a team
• Must be able to commute to our office in Arlington as this position is not a remote position
