Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise activities of all on-site managers.
- Oversee and coordinate collection of data from on-site managers.
- Review new tenants rental applications submitted by on-site managers.
- Order and review credit checks on all tenants.
- Provide guidance to on-site managers that investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Provide training to new on-site managers.
- Assist on-site managers enforcing property rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management.
- Familiarity with real estate leases and related documents.
- Ability to build rapport with owners and on-site managers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
