We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to be part of a growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Atlanta. This candidate will help with our client The Law Offices of Julian Lewis Sanders & Associates and manage portions of their cases.

Your efforts will be of significant importance to their team and clients. The position is based in their office located at 3560 Lenox Rd. Atlanta, GA 30326.

Candidates must have previous experience in legal case management. Candidates must assist with phone calls, communicate with multiple clients, and coordinate scheduling with medical providers.

• Conduct initial client phone calls to gather details about the personal injury case
• Communicate with multiple clients
• Communicate with providers and update CRM with accurate information
• Manage medical portion of the case
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their medical concerns
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation with medical providers
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their process
• Answer high volume of calls
• Property damage knowledge is preferred
• Ability to interpret to clients who speak different languages (bilingual)

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Strong attention to detail

Salary: $50,000 to $70,000 depending on experience
