(NEW) PARTNER OPPORTUNITY WITH ENTREPRENEURIAL BOUTIQUE LAW FIRM (Atlanta, GA)

The Partners Group

Atlanta, GA โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Posted 18 days ago

Job description

Our client, an innovative Atlanta boutique law firm, is seeking experienced Partner-level attorneys with portable business to join its growing practice. The firm is comprised of senior-level attorneys, many of whom previously practiced at leading large law firms and offers a sophisticated but entrepreneurial alternative to the traditional large-firm model. The firm has broad capabilities across commercial real estate and lending, corporate and securities, creditorsโ€™ rights, employment, environmental, commercial litigation, and white collar litigation and government investigations.
The ideal candidate will have an established practice and portable book of business and be entrepreneurial, collaborative, and interested in greater autonomy and control over their practice. The firm is open to attorneys across a variety of complementary practice areas and is particularly interested in Partners who are strong business developers and want to continue practicing sophisticated law without the billing requirements, revenue targets, and layers typically associated with larger firms. The firm offers a formula-based compensation structure that rewards both business generation and work performed. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Partner looking for a flexible platform, strong cross-selling opportunities, and the infrastructure and support necessary to continue growing a successful practice. Please contact jobs@partners-group.com with any interest.
