Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of products
- Input documentation into multiple computer systems
- Monitor new information and input accordingly
Requirements:
- High school diploma is required
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish, preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable and quick learner
Work Model:
- On-Site
- 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Monday - Friday
