Monday thru Friday – 8am to 5pm

$45k to $65k annually + commission paid monthly for all contractors on assignment.

Express Healthcare Staffing is a leading provider of medical staffing solutions for healthcare facilities throughout Southern California. We are looking for a full time Contract Recruiter to join our team in our Glendale office. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified medical professionals for 6-52 week contract assignments with our clients. You will also maintain relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Use various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract and identify potential candidates for contract positions.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for the role and the client.
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates and clients.
• Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including credentialing, background checks, drug screens, and orientation.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to candidates and clients throughout the contract period.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future contract opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous recruitment experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to type 50+ WPM and use various technology platforms.
• Strong social media knowledge and presence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Salary up to $45K annually + commission paid monthly for all contractors on assignment.
