Job Description

Sherpa House Restaurant in Golden, CO is looking for one host/hostess to join our 24 person strong team. We are located on 1518 Washington Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Job Type: Part time, Full Time

Hours: Lunch 9:30am to 2:30pm, Dinner 4:30pm to 9:30pm or 10:00pm

compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 (Tips not included)

Responsibilities

Answering the phones and book reservations
Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
Estimating wait time for guests

Qualifications

1-3 years host experience preffered
Ability to work in a high-volume environment, and stay calm and collected under pressure
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Not required but living within close proximity to Golden is helpful
Proficiency on a reservation system such as Open Table or Resy is a required.
Professional and polished appearance required
