Once registered, each "Trainee/SolarPro" receives access to their own personal back-office dashboard for training, tracking, marketing etc. + plus a fully functioning website

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities as trained.
• Manage sales territories, quotas, and goals.
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
• Report and/or track team and individual performance.
• Develop and execute our easy to learn sales strategies.
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience in the solar industry is required.
• Desire to connect with homeowners, for their benefit.
• Familiarity with "CRM" systems and/or willingness to learn.
• Strong leadership qualities and/or the ability to follow simple specific training.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds and/or communities.
• A strong desire to build an above average income and career over the next 1-3 years.
