Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate sales professional to join our team. This role is perfect for seasoned sales leaders who thrive in challenging environments and are excited about driving growth in a fast-paced startup setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads in a targeted list of prospects through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our customer base.
- Business Development:
- Research and understand the aviation industry to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Sales Process Ownership:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to address any questions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the aviation industry and autonomous systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
