Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the agency sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's sales skills and product knowledge.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics, analyze results, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met.

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is Mandatory

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales management or a related field.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.

Sales Acumen: Exceptional sales skills with a passion for driving results and achieving success.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

This job has a base salary and monthly bonus and commissions.

This is an in office position which requires you to live near the office within 45 min of Palm Coast FL.
