Program Secretary- IBHS Program

Under the direction of the Supervisor of IBHS, the Program Secretary performs clerical duties, receptionist responsibilities and office management functions of the assigned program such as maintaining patient records, typing program correspondence, filing reports and documents, answering the telephone, scheduling appointments and maintaining floor stock.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. One (1) year of prior experience working in the secretarial field required; additional experience in office management procedures preferred. Knowledge of general office procedures; ability to type 50-55 words per minute, with minimal errors; knowledge of general office equipment, including word processor/personal computer, typewriter and photocopy machine; possess effective verbal skills, written compositional and organizational skills.
