Job Description

Executive Assistant

Pedcor Financial Bancorp, located in Carmel, Indiana, is currently searching for an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President who oversees the Commercial Development and Lending teams. We are seeking a candidate with strong analytical and organizational skills, who has an eye for detail with exceptional communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Document Management; create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare agendas and meeting minutes.
  • Code, seek approval, enter, and coordinate accounts payable for 3 commercial properties.
  • Provide support for department accounts payable data entry as needed.
  • Prepare mailings and priority shipments for the department.
  • Order and maintain supplies.
  • Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.
  • Manage calendars to schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Department event planning and assist with planning corporate events.
  • Assist other administrative staff to cover corporate receptionist and mail sorting duties.
  • Specials projects as assigned by the Senior Vice President

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Solid computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • Organization and detailed oriented.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Foresight and anticipation of needs.
