Danan Healthcare Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the direct support person and personal assistant to the CEO.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-level support role, can maintain confidentiality, and is flexible with scheduling and daily responsibilities.

Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the CEO with day-to-day operations, scheduling, transportation, communication, organization, and executive support tasks. This role requires professionalism, flexibility, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments

  • Serve as a direct personal assistant to the CEO

  • Assist with correspondence, reports, memos, and administrative projects

  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and executive engagements

  • Attend meetings and events as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information

  • Assist with organizational projects and follow-up tasks

  • Provide transportation for the CEO to appointments and meetings using the CEO’s vehicle as needed

  • Support both professional and occasional personal scheduling needs

Qualifications:
  • Previous executive assistant or administrative experience preferred
