WHAT IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS OF A CSR-BOOKKEEPER?

• Assist customers with a wide variety of deposit products and services.
• Become knowledgeable in FSB's product and service offerings, and be a credible advisor by proactively identifying and recommending appropriate products and services to benefit the customer financially.
• Assist customers with account opening, routine customer maintenance, electronic services (digital banking, debit card, credit card), and various other services.
• Bookkeeping and back office functions on a rotation.
• Be committed to providing personalized customer service and attention, striving to be the only bank our customer chooses.

  • Min Salary: $21.57 per hour
  • Mid Salary: $26.97 per hour
  • Max Salary: $32.36 per hour
