To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Tax Director to join our Wealth Advisory Services team. This role will work closely with the Wealth Advisory Services leader to provide consulting and compliance services for individuals, business owners, and high net worth families as they develop, implement, and administer complex estate and gift planning. As Tax Director, Wealth Advisory Services, you will: 

• Review Estate, Gift, and Trust tax returns
• Provide estate planning and compliance advising to clients
• Perform/oversee complex tax research projects
• Propose solutions to clients on tax issues and suggest appropriate trust vehicles
• Supervise and review work of staff below Director level
• Foster client relationships

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license and/or JD
• At least 8 years of public accounting experience in Estate, Gift, Trust, and Individual tax 
• Ability to manage and mentor staff
• Advanced technical knowledge of tax concepts and the ability to apply these services to various client situations
• Excellent communication skills
