This role is for a high-performing tax professional ready to evolve from a traditional compliance role into an elite strategic advisor. You will be pivotal in our mission to create financial freedom for entrepreneurs by designing and implementing advanced tax reduction strategies. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial landscape, project the impact of key decisions, and guide them through the implementation of strategies that save them millions.

You'll learn how to save our clients millions in taxes with case studies, tax projections, and direct feedback from the firm owner. Within 2 months, youโ€™ll attend client meetings and actively assist with tax reduction strategies. Twice a month, youโ€™ll train with industry leaders and gain insights youโ€™ll never find in a classroom or textbook, and take part in a 3 day company retreat.

Key Performance Objectives Learn Advanced Tax Advisory Within the first 90 days, successfully transition from a compliance-focused role to a strategic advisor by mastering the firm's advanced tax planning methodologies.

Drive Measurable Client Tax Savings By the end of month six, lead the implementation of foundational and advanced tax reduction strategies for your client portfolio, resulting in a documented average client tax savings of 15-20% compared to their prior tax position.

Develop & Coach Team Members Over the first year, contribute to the firm's growth by dedicating approximately 10% of your time to coaching and mentoring junior staff on client engagements and technical tax strategies.

  • Assist clients through implementing & maintaining foundational tax reduction strategies while maintaining compliant practices
  • Advise clients on advanced tax reduction strategies, investments & decisions
  • Projecting tax implications of strategies, events and key decisions
  • Collaborate with tax compliance team to ensure effective reporting & tax elections align with clients' tax position
  • Coach staff on client engagements
  • Maintain proactive & regular communication with clients
  • Occasional assistance with tax return review when needed
