As a Tax Associate, you’ll work directly with firm partners and top-tier clients to lead sophisticated tax and business transactions—without the bureaucracy of larger firms. Your contributions will be front and center, and your voice will matter on every deal.
Tax Associate Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent high-profile for-profit and exempt organization clients in complex transactions.
  • Partner with the tax practice group on federal tax planning, significant transactions, amp; controversy matters.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and leadership in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Help build and grow a best-in-class tax law team.
