Overview
10X Recruiting Partners is representing a Fortune Magazine '100 Best Companies to Work For,” in finding a Business Systems Administrator for their Concur team in the Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for results and a desire to build their career with them. Additionally, 3+ years of experience with Concur Expense and Cognos Reporting is required.
This is an in-office position with a compensation range from $80,000-$95,000 plus bonus and exceptional benefits. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. They do not typically sponsor H1-B or any other work visa petitions.
Responsibilities
The Business System Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing various levels of support for the company’s business applications focused on SAP Concur Expense, Invoice, and Reporting including AppZen and associated in-house developed applications. They are looking for an individual who is a problem-solver who can effectively communicate with others at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day-to-day maintenance and administration support for the Concur system to meet the business needs.
- Create and maintain reports in Concur IBM Cognos
- Troubleshooting and resolution of user technical issues
- Integrations with our other systems including the HR (UKG) and Financial system (Deltek Costpoint) to ensure correct data flows
- Generate and maintain administrative documentation
- Keep current on the latest releases and implement updates and system changes
- Identify process improvement opportunities driving the continuous improvement of our business systems to support initiatives.
- Recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Concur Expense and IBM Cognos Reporting experience
- Concur Expense International experience is a plus
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills
- Be a confident self-starter who pays close attention to detail while working in an engaging, fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
- Excellent customer service skills including initial contact through problem resolution.
- Ability to work in teams, manage projects, and multitask.
- Professional demeanor and ability to display a positive professional attitude.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting functions.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and procedures in a complex business environment
