Johnson Automotive is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead one of our dealership service operations. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who knows how to build a team, run a profitable department, create an exceptional guest experience, and establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The Service Manager will have responsibility for the overall performance of the department, including daily operations, staffing and employee development, technician productivity and shop efficiency, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and manufacturer and dealership standards.
