Job Overview
We're looking for a dependable, motivated Key Holder to join our Quick Oil Change team! As the Key Holder, you'll be responsible for opening and closing the service center, supporting daily operations, and ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly service. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic automotive knowledge and strong leadership potential.
Responsibilities
  • Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts
  • In the absence of the Center Manager is responsible for daily deposits to bank and securing the location safe
  • Ensure the security of cash from the register drawer and closure of the store safe, in accordance with established protocols
  • Assist in leading the team during daily operations and ensuring workflow efficiency
  • Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and other minor vehicle services
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report needs to Center Manager
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the service bays and customer areas
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints
  • Report any anomalies to the Center Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager, in the absence of the Center Manager
  • Escalate unresolved matters of safety, store security or team member behaviors to District Manager, if necessary
  • Train and mentor new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a service or retail environment; automotive experience is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, high integrity and attention to detail
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time and multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must pass company background check
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
