WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • 5+ years of experience as a District Manager or Area Manager in the automotive or similar retail industry
  • Experience effectively managing, training, and coaching managers and staff
  • Experience increasing revenue and efficiency
  • Experience improving processes and process adherence
  • A self-starter who is productive and can work independently
