Ecommerce Coordinator Mission:

The Ecommerce Coordinator position is responsible for driving the online presence and sales performance of our brands through meticulous management and strategic execution across various digital platforms. This role plays a vital role in the strategic direction of direct sales channels. The candidate is an energetic problem solver who thrives working for a fast-paced, high-growth company in an ever-changing online environment.

Primary and Additional Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Execute all website design updates including images, banners, landing pages
  • Implement catalog uploads in Shopify and ensure data accuracy
  • Manage Amazon catalog including ticket filing, general maintenance & content upload for PDPs
  • Create email strategy and calendar, deliver reports as requested
  • Collect data on current ad creative, placement, and performance
  • Monitor performance, including production of weekly, monthly, and annually to performance reports on KPIs, campaign success, inventory, product sales, top conversion paths, and merchandising
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree required.
  • Minimum two years of ecommerce experience required; prior experience in Outdoor Industry preferred
  • Google ads certification preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working Knowledge of Shopify - general maintenance, product creation, merchandising
  • Familiarity with Google/YouTube and Meta Ads
  • Basic email marketing experience, preferably Klaviyo
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces, specifically Amazon Vendor 
  • Basic analytical skills and knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • Excel skills - comfortable formatting, filtering & sorting
  • Amazon knowledge and GA4 experience preferred
Salary & Benefits:

This position is based in our Longmont, CO office. The typical work hours for this job are between 9am-5pm, Monday through Thursdays with remote work eligibility on Fridays. Hiring range for this position is $46,000-$58,000 annually with up to 5% bonus potential. HydraPak offers up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in the first year of service, 11 paid holidays, a range of insurance benefits starting the first of the month following a 30-day waiting period, and a 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days.
