Position Summary

In your role as an Engineer Team Representative for the Equipment Innovation - Equipment Management Team. This team is focused on Stop Loss and BM reduction for the factory via joint-work with Fab Eng on PM Automation, BM analysis, Quality Improvements, and Root Cause Analysis.
As a leader you will work together to eliminate BM and Stop Loss problems.

  • Collaboratewithengineering,manufacturing,SisterFabs,support groups,andexecutivestoensurecompliancetoexternalandinternal specificationsandguidance.
  • Leadthedeploymentofmediumtolarge-scaleprojectsthatarecross-functionalinnatureandhavevisibilitytocompanyexecutives.
  • AnalyzeandmakerecommendationstohelpimproveStopLossmajor andminorindicesforeachdepartment'sprocessesandprograms.
  • Communicatetheresultsofanalysis,driveimprovementsandshare withpeers,managers,andexecutives.
  • Studyopportunitiesanddriveimplementationwiththeunitparts,including2ndsourcequal,lifetimeextension,usagereduction,repairloops,part deliverytimes,andotherLDTevents.

The current base salary range for this role is between $147,000 and $244,000. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors such as duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications, and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may also provide opportunities for participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on organizational and individual performance.
