Business Office Manager

We are an Architecture & Interior Design firm looking for a person to help manage the day-to-day operational activities of our 15+ Person Honolulu office. The person in this position will direct 1-2 other administrative staff members completing tasks with:

· AR/AP – you will need a solid understanding and hands on background of this area along with general GAP knowledge. This area also includes assisting an in-house procurement person with the purchasing and delivery of client FF&E. Knowledge or Professional Services Bookkeeping is a huge plus

· IT, HR management activities and needs (using the firm’s outsourced support resources)

· Marketing and Business Development strategies and efforts

· General administrative management support for the architecture and ID staff and at a higher level to the firm’s executive management. You will report directly to the President of the firm

· Financial Budgeting and Reporting and Financial Account Reconcilement 

· Creating and Administering Office Policies and Procedures

· Business Insurance Management

· Support of all office facility needs

A working knowledge of

· MS Office including Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams (High Level)

· Adobe InDesign

· General knowledge of Data Networking and MS Windows OS/Computer Hardware technology

· General accounting software such as QuickBooks/Sage, etc. The firm uses Financial Project Management / Bookkeeping & Accounting software specific to the A&E /ID Industries
