Our client is a confidential international hotel owner and operator with an expanding portfolio of luxury properties throughout the Americas. They are seeking an experienced Interior Design Manager to lead interior design coordination and FF&E delivery across multiple high-profile hospitality developments.


This role sits within the development team and is responsible for ensuring every interior environment delivers exceptional guest experience while meeting operational, commercial and brand objectives.


The Role

You'll oversee the interior design process throughout pre-construction, ensuring projects are coordinated, procurement-ready and delivered to the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading interior design coordination across multiple projects
  • Managing FF&E development, specifications and selections
  • Coordinating interior designers, architects, procurement and engineering teams
  • Driving design reviews and approvals
  • Ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience objectives
  • Supporting value engineering and procurement readiness
  • Maintaining quality, consistency and design governance
  • Resolving design issues throughout construction while protecting design intent


About You

You'll be passionate about hospitality design and understand how great interiors combine aesthetics, operations and commercial performance.


You'll ideally have:

  • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
  • 8+ years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel projects
  • Strong FF&E specification and coordination experience
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams
  • Knowledge of procurement, operational planning and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to oversee several complex developments simultaneously
