We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Interior Design Manager to join our team and lead exciting new projects.

Position Overview:
As the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the design process of interior spaces within the firm. This includes collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to create interior design solutions that are both functional and visually impactful. You will be leading a talented team of designers and guiding them through the design phases, from concept development to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the interior design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and client presentations.
-Develop and review detailed construction drawings for tenant improvement projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design intent.
-Utilize Revit to create and update accurate design models and drawings, collaborating with other teams to integrate design solutions.
-Oversee the preparation and production of comprehensive design documentation, including interior layouts, elevations, and specifications.
-Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
-Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance and fostering professional development.
-Review project timelines and budgets, ensuring design objectives are met while adhering to project schedules and financial constraints.
-Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience using Revit software in an architectural design or interior design setting.
-Prior experience working at an architecture firm, with a strong understanding of architectural processes and design workflows.
- At least 5 years of experience in preparing construction drawings for tenant improvement projects.
